Get your season off to a strong start! With our players relatively inactive in regards to soccer over the last few months we have expanded our annual Pre-Season Training Camp. The camp will now provide 20 hours of pre-season work for our players over four days, including skill development work and tactical sessions on defending, finishing, and possession play. There will also be an SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) component to the camp. For one hour each day our players will also participate in classroom work. We will have separate boys and girls camps that encompass U11-U18 age groups.
Camp Dates
Boys: August 17-20, 2020
Girls: August 24-27, 2020
Pre-Season Training Camp is open to players selected for our Development Program teams earlier this Spring.
Goalkeeper training is also available for goalkeepers looking for extra work to sharpen their skills.
The sessions will begin each day at 10:00am and will end at 3:30pm, including a 30-minute lunch break each day. Players are required to bring their own nutritional lunch.
Camp participants will also be provided with a CFC training top.
Those who register for the August 2020 Return to Train Camp will receive a voucher for discounted registration for this pre-season training camp.

U11-U18 Development Program

Our Development Program is geared towards players interested at playing at more competitive level. Player evaluations are held each spring and tiered teams are created. Typically development teams train twice weekly with a game on the weekend.

Starting at the U11 age group all teams are entered in the various leagues throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland and will travel out of Chilliwack for away games. U11’s and U12’s play 8-a-side on a smaller “Super 8” sized field with smaller goals. Once players reach the U13 age group they jump up to full-field soccer and play 11-a-side.

Registration is now open for those players selected in the Evaluations held earlier this Spring. Further information has been distributed via email.
