Chilliwack FC Mourns the Loss of Peter Short

Long time Chilliwack FC supporter, coach, and lead organizer of the Chilliwack Youth Soccer Tournament Peter Short passed away peacefully on Thursday March 26th. During his tenure with Chilliwack FC, Peter coached the 1984 boys and 1991 girls but will probably be most remembered for keeping the Chilliwack Youth Soccer Tournament alive long after his children finished playing in the club. Peter was a kind and gentle soul who had a positive impact on so many lives, he will be missed by many. Chilliwack FC extends their deepest sympathies to Peter’s family, wife Elaine, sons Michael and Blair, daughters Laura, Margaret, and Bridgette.
