Small Sided Referee Clinic – June 2021

May 12, 2021

Ever thought of becoming a referee?
If you’re 12 years of age or older, you are eligible to register for the BC Soccer Small Sided Referee Certification Clinic. Those 14 years of age or older can register for the Entry Level Clinic scheduled for May 30.
The first step in the process is now easier than ever with the launch of the NEW BC Soccer Virtual Referee Clinics.
Once you pass a course, you will receive your badge and be allowed to referee in the corresponding levels. CFC assigns games based on availability, comfort and skill level. The goal of the Chilliwack FC Referee Development Program is to assign games that challenge referees and allow them to learn and grow their skill set at the same time. The CFC mentors will assist with educating, teaching and training the referees throughout the season and continue encouraging, guiding and supporting them as they progress in their refereeing careers.
Chilliwack FC is hosting a Small Sided Referee Clinic in June and the referee mentors want to invite any young people interested in refereeing for CFC to attend the course. Please contact the referee mentors if you have any questions about refereeing or the referee clinics. The course registration details are below:
