Chilliwack FC Annual General Meeting is February 5th!

Chilliwack FC will be hosting its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday February 5th, 2025 at 6:30pm in person, in the Chilliwack Chiefs meeting room (same location as picture day)

As per the Chilliwack FC By Laws, the Annual General Meeting is only for members who are currently registered with Chilliwack FC.

Pre registration is not needed, but sign in is required at the door. The following positions are up for election within the Board of Directors:

• Chair 
  • Nominee: Darryn Botha
• Vice Chair
  • Nominee: Shari Pollak
• Treasurer
  • Nominee: ____
• Secretary 
  • Nominee: ____
• Directors at Large 
  • Nominee: Afzeel Yakub
  • Eddie Musselman (one of 3 year term remaining)
  • Neal Armstrong (two of 3 year term remaining)

Nominations for vacant positions will be accepted until January 6th (30 days prior to meeting). Please contact  info@chilliwackfc.com to submit your nominations.
