Chilliwack FC Club Assessments 2024/25

Welcome to Chilliwack FC’s BCCSL Club Assessment Dates. Our club will be hosting two assessment dates per age group to ensure everyone is provided an opportunity to attend.

Assessment dates are used to observe players within a games format session and to evaluate where a player will be most successful within our club during the BCCSL season. However, please note that assessment dates are NOT the only form of evaluation within our club. Chilliwack FC follows Canada Soccer guidelines regarding an on-going assessment method and tracks players development throughout the calendar year. We use assessment dates to gather an initial gauge for the players in attendance and to provide an opportunity for new players to the club.

If your child is wanting to play DEVELOPMENT Soccer within the Fall/ Winter months, they must attend the dates provided below for their given age group. Players must register on POWERUP to attend the assessment dates.

Key Details:

• Players selected for a development team will be expected to travel on away games (usually every 2^nd weekend) anywhere between Chilliwack and Vancouver.
• Players selected for a development team must attend all practices and games.
• Players selected for a development team must notify the club of their commitment by April 15^th, 2024.

*There is no cost to attend these dates and players must register for their assessment dates by February 29^th, 2024.*

LOCATION: Assessments will be held at one of our home turf fields (Exhibition, Townsend or CSS). We will provide locations closer to assessment dates.
